Your external sales partner · Sales Time Recovery

We do not sell agent hours.
We give your sales team its selling time back.

On average your sales reps spend only 40 % of their week actually selling. As an extension of your sales team we take over appointment setting, lead qualification, CRM upkeep and follow-ups – so your people get back to what you pay them for.

The problem

Your most expensive team spends 60 % of its time not selling.

Not because it does not want to – because operational work eats the calendar. Those are exactly the tasks we take over, as a fixed part of your sales process.

  • Appointment setting & chasing callsTime lost to coordination, confirmations and reminders.
  • CRM upkeep & documentationData entry crowds out customer time – every single day.
  • Follow-ups after calls & quotesOpen contacts go cold, quotes quietly die.
  • Reporting & quote chasingStandard reports are put together by hand, by your reps.

If we turned just 10–20 % of non-selling time back into selling time – what would that be worth in your sales organisation?

The question every one of our intro calls starts with. The Sales Time Check answers it in under 60 seconds.
Sales Time Check

How much additional selling time is already sitting in your existing sales team?

Three inputs are enough. The result is based on the Salesforce benchmark and conservative assumptions – every figure is a model value.

How we work

From a five-minute assessment to continuous relief.

No off-the-shelf offer. We start with three numbers and a task matrix and agree together which tasks stay with your sales team – and which move to us.

You can run through steps 1 to 3 right here: go to the time-drain board.

  1. Five-minute assessment. We capture team size, working hours and today’s selling share.

Step 1 on the board: the three inputs.
  2. Task matrix. Which activities cost the most time? Which have to stay with sales?

Step 2 on the board: moving cards.
  3. Business case. Recoverable hours, FTE equivalent and measurable KPIs – in black and white.

Step 3 on the board: the result card.
  4. Pilot & partnership. Start with one package, reporting from week 1, growing into a fixed part of your sales organisation.

On the intro call – you bring the board result with you.

Five-minute assessment: the time-drain board

Enter three numbers, drag the time drains to the right – the result is the agenda for your intro call.

What would it be worth if we turned just 10–20 % of non-selling time back into selling time?Three scenarios in the Sales Time Check →

Model assumption: 26 h of non-selling time per week, adjustable – change the weekly hours per card via the pencil icon.

    Data security

Your data stays in your instance.

No tool of our own, no parallel data store: our agents work in your systems – with the permissions you grant, and without a single copy of your data reaching our premises.

A hosted session on your systems – no local installation, no data held on end devices.

    • No local export

Download, clipboard, printing and removable media are technically blocked inside the session.

    • Access revocable at any time

Accounts are personal. You grant and revoke every permission yourself – it is your instance.

    • DPA, SCC and TIA

Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with the German contracting entity, EU standard contractual clauses and a transfer impact assessment; KVKK in parallel.

    Boundaries

    What we do not do.

A partner who draws lines is predictable. These six points apply to every project, whatever its size. They protect your customers, your data and your position in the market.

    • No cold calling of private individuals. We work exclusively in B2B sales – with your target accounts.
    • No bought address lists. We work from your leads, your customer base and your target account list.
    • No closing and no price negotiation in your name.We hand qualified appointments and contacts to your sales team. Closing stays with you.
    • No projects shorter than two months or with fewer than two agents.Below that there is no clean onboarding and no reliable measurement.
    • No language without native speakers. We only staff a project if we can cover the language at native-speaker level.
    • No reporting that cannot be verified in your CRM.Every number in the weekly report traces back to records in your own system.
    Availability
